Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

 

Stone Photography, Inc. cannot accept returns or exchanges on digital files that have been delivered to customers. Refunds or exchanges for a different image can only be processed if the files have NOT yet been delivered to the customer. Physical discs that contain digital files that have been delivered and opened are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
