Retakes (Makeup Day)
If you would like your student to have a retake, please return the entire photo package on Makeup Day. Students will be photographed along with any absentees, and the replacement package with the new image will be delivered with Makeup Day orders approximately 3–4 weeks after Makeup Day.
Please note:
- Retakes are available only for students who purchased a pre-order package.
- If a pre-order was not purchased and a retake is requested, a Makeup Day pre-order package must be purchased in order for the student to be photographed.
If your school is not scheduling a Makeup Day, families may schedule a complimentary retake at our Bethesda studio. The entire photo package must be brought to the appointment for exchange.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your student’s portrait and do not wish to have a retake, you may return the entire, unopened photo package within 14 days of school delivery for a full refund.
Please note:
- Digital files are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refunds or exchanges for digital images can only be processed prior to file delivery.
- Opened discs containing delivered digital files cannot be returned or exchanged.
