RETAKES
If you would like your student to retake their school portrait, return their entire photo package on Makeup day. Your student will be photographed along with any absent students, and the same package with the new image will arrive with the other Makeup day orders (3-4 weeks after Makeup picture day).
Please note: only students who have purchased a preorder package are eligible for retakes
If your school is not scheduling a makeup day, you can schedule a complimentary retake at our Bethesda studio. Please bring your package with you to your appointment to exchange.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your student's portrait and do not wish to exchange with a retake, you may return your entire, unopened package within 14 days of school delivery for a full refund.
Please note: Stone Photography, Inc. cannot accept returns or exchanges on digital files that have been delivered to customers. Refunds or exchanges for a different image can only be processed if the files have NOT yet been delivered to the customer. Physical discs that contain digital files that have been delivered and opened are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
